This place is okay.. Just not the most professional in my opinion. For a great haircut I recommend going somewhere else.

We had a very luxurious experience redeeming our couples massage in Le Meridian's spa suite. Kathy…read moreand Mesha were wonderful and professional. They were able to accommodate our needs and concerns during our session. Our room was very clean and included a 45-minute post-massage relax time. We were able to use the steam shower, bathtub and had access to bottled water, tea, and grooming items. Arrival: I'd recommend arriving 10-15mins prior to your massage to give yourself time to park, check-in, fill out form/waiver, and have your sit down introduction with therapists. Parking: Convenient and free reserved hotel parking close to the entrance. Scheduling: The couples massage/spa suite experience books up quick so I'd recommend scheduling 2-3 weeks in advance. I personally think a brief introduction to the functions of the suite's amenities would be very helpful to the guests. Overall it was a great experience.

The spa suites are located on the eighth floor. The facial was pretty standard, slightly mediocre. There were awkward technical issues with the steamer, which took her about five minutes to fix. She did apologize for the issues and ended up getting it working. At the end she had to collect her belongings which is also a little awkward. It would've been great if she could've got the bath started so I didn't have to wait 15 minutes for it to fill up. You have 25 minutes to relax in the room and take a bath or a shower or use the sauna. This would be an excellent experience or well worth it if they allowed more time. The bath took 10 minutes to fill up/figure out and I only had 15 minutes left. 15 minutes is not enough for a bath and to get ready. I would've really enjoyed the amenities if I was allowed more time. I would say 45 minutes would be ideal. I think they should price higher if needed and give people this time. Without time to enjoy the amenities the spa is really just average. I like the brand of soap that they had available and that it is in a private room. Overall, everything just felt very rushed and not relaxing like a spa should be.

Excellent Swedish massage. I have been long overdue for a massage, so when I stayed at the Hyatt…read moreand learned that they had spa services, I booked a massage the same day I checked in. They were able to accommodate me with an appointment within two hours from calling them. My masseuse was great, and did not talk except to ask me if pressure was OK, which was a bonus! They use Aveda products here, so before my massage, my masseuse had me smell several different Aveda scents to find out which oil and lotion she should use. Even just smelling the familiar botanical fragrances immediately put me in a more relaxed mood. There are showers and and a steam room in the changing area. There is also a TV on in this area, which I don't particularly like because it takes away from the whole "relax" vibe (especially because it was turned on to a news station), but it's all good.

The ladies' locker room is not clean. I often find hair on the toilet and the interior of the…read morelockers are dirty. The carpet in the locker room is badly in need of replacement. The fitness room is tiny and very basic. The pool atrium is pretty but needs maintenance. Lots of cracked tiles, etc. There are never enough towels. Don't expect any amenities here. This place is very basic. Not the best place for a pool workout (like swimming laps) because since it is a hotel pool, it is always crowded with children whose parents don't keep track of them. Also, the parking lot is VERY far away from the gym and pool (approximately a four/five block walk from where you park to finally getting to the fitness area). And the roads and parking lot are in bad condition: they really need repaving. If you are trying to rehab from an injury, that really long walk from the car to the gym is difficult. Definitely NOT handicap friendly. In the winter especially, that long walk is brutal.
