The quartz Omega Seamaster as worn by Pierce Brosnan in "GoldenEye". I had wanted that watch since I saw it way back in November 1995. At the time I couldn't afford it. But now 30 years on I can. However, it took two visits and the excellent service from Bianca and Tatiana. Both were very helpful in allowing me to make the decision on my own. This was important. A special tip of the cap to Tatiana for her expertise. She shared with me that she had been with Omega a long time and had so much brand knowledge. I am very satisfied with the Seamaster and I have been wearing every day since I purchased it. Two big commendations to Bianca and Tatiana!

Fran is knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cares about her clients. She walked me through all the options, kept me informed, and made sure I felt confident with my purchase. This is how a luxury experience should be -- professional, personalized, and stress-free. Highly recommend Fran if you're in the market for a Rolex!

He was kind to examine the remaining pieces my mother had given me (I'm not an expert regarding fine jewelry) and identify for me the pure metals/amalgams and gems with which they were made. When I returned for the bracelet, a charming older gentleman greeted me. He asked if I had any Italian heritage because my Turkish surname is also the name of a city in Italy near the smaller one of his origin. I estimated him to be in his late 80's or early 90's yet he's as lively and engaging as a gentleman half his age. In this culture that hinges primarily on the obsession with youth and the removal of anyone who bears wrinkles and creases of lived experience, I'm glad to patronize a business where family members of all ages are valued and appreciated for their unique contributions. Ageism has no place at Arnoldi Jewelers. As someone who was ultimately forced out of a job in a workplace where youth was the only consideration, I applaud that. I asked, "Are you Mr. Arnoldi?" He smiled and said "We're all Mr. Arnoldi here! Michael is my son." I heartily recommend Arnoldi Jewelers, located in the heart of downtown Palo Alto at 255 University Avenue. *A Family-Owned Business*

David helped me, and I couldn't have asked for a better guide through the process. I came in knowing what I liked aesthetically, but not fully understanding movements, GMT functions, long-term care, or how different brands compare. David broke everything down clearly without ever making me feel inexperienced. What I appreciated most was how passionate and knowledgeable he is about watches at every level. Whether discussing entry-level pieces or high-end collectors' watches, he spoke with the same depth and respect. It felt less like a sales interaction and more like a conversation with someone who truly loves horology. If you're thinking about starting your watch journey, or adding to your collection, this is the place to do it. And ask for David! Great experience from start to finish. Thank you David.

One of the things I liked about CH is the ability to shop Omega, Grand Seiko, and many others all in one place. Will be back for the next one.

From the start, I was greeted by a kind and professional security staff member who kindly asked me to wait off to the side until an associate came out to meet me since I told him I had an appointment. While I waited, I browsed some of the selections on display. Their customer service with me was great! I worked with Connor and he was absolutely wonderful. At first, it seemed like he wasn't making much eye contact, as he was focused on his laptop, but I quickly realized he was actively taking notes on what I was saying, which I actually really appreciated. He was knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely passionate (especially about LOTR, so bonus points if you're a fan too!). Connor was also patient and supportive as my husband and I explored different options. We also asked about certain upgrades and warranty options, and Connor was completely transparent about everything. He clearly explained what was included, what could be added, and never made us feel pressured, just informed. That kind of honesty really stood out and made us feel confident in our decisions. While I ended up spotting something I loved in person, he also followed up with a detailed email containing additional selections based on our conversation. We scheduled a second appointment, where he had everything ready for us to compare and that's what ultimately helped me make my final decision. The final result? Absolutely perfect! I was in awe. It's unfortunate to see the negative reviews out there. But I know everyone's experience can vary, but I wish more people could see what BE has to offer when everything comes together as it did for me.

First - I LOVE their security measures in place, having the control to unlock the door for their customers. It made us feel safe, especially with all the recent jewelry store robberies that have been going on in the Bay Area. Upon entry, we were greeted with warm personalities and smiles from the three ladies behind the counter. They never pressured us and allowed us time to look around. When we were ready, one of the sale clerks came over to help us. We explained that we wanted a simple, single, white gold band, and then selected a diamond. She laid out everything for us to look at and when she dropped the diamond on the setting, my heart knew it was the one I wanted. The diamond is 2.10 karats, and it's simply breathtaking! We did not trade in my wedding ring, it was a purchase for my right hand and a "I'll love you more than forever" ring from my husband. We opened a credit account and it was so easy, with six months interest free! We highly recommend the Jewelry Exchange in Redwood City for all your jewelry needs! Especially if you are purchasing an engagement ring, or wedding set! We also got my wedding rings from this same store, 18 years ago and they are still holding strong. The customer service and attention we received in this store was nothing short of AMAZING!

My experience with this jewelry store was extremely disappointing. My boyfriend (now husband) came…read morehere to design a custom engagement ring with me, and the entire process was frustrating and unprofessional from start to finish. The sales associate, Rena, made multiple promises about the customization process that were never followed through on. We were specifically told we would receive a CAD design for approval, then a wax ring prototype, and only after our approval would the final ring be made. Instead, they skipped the approval process entirely and created the final ring without our consent or sign-off. On top of that, when the ring turned out nothing like what I wanted, Rena repeatedly pressured me to just accept it rather than actually correcting the issues or listening to my concerns. For something as important and sentimental as an engagement ring, I should never have felt pushed into settling for a design I did not want. To make matters worse, Rena completely ruined the surprise of my proposal. She casually said to me, "I know you guys are going out of town this weekend so you can use this ring as a placeholder temporarily," essentially revealing that my boyfriend was planning to propose during our trip. That moment can never be taken back. After 9 weeks of wasted time trying to customize this ring, we ultimately decided to walk away and requested our deposit back. When my boyfriend expressed frustration about how much time had been wasted, Rena responded by saying they had "wasted a lot of gold on us," which was incredibly rude and unprofessional. A custom engagement ring is supposed to be an exciting and meaningful experience. Instead, this process was stressful, disappointing, and handled with very little care or professionalism. I would not recommend this store to anyone looking for a custom ring or an engagement experience they can trust.
