Several machines were out of order, which made it even more frustrating trying to get laundry done. What really bothered me was that someone came in, collected money from the machines, and left without making any effort to clean or take care of the place. That tells you everything you need to know about how it's being run right now. There was also a ton of pet hair inside multiple machines. I'm allergic to pets, so that was a big issue for me and honestly pretty unacceptable in a shared laundry space. I even ended up picking up some of the garbage myself because it was getting on my nerves. It's a shame because I used to come here years ago, and it was a completely different place--clean, well-maintained, and you could tell the owners actually cared. Now it feels abandoned. Honestly, it's no surprise to see it up for sale. I won't be coming back. I'll be finding somewhere else to do my laundry.

I have always went later in the evening & never had issues but tonight against my better judgement I left long enough to get some dryer sheets & when I returned the lights were off & the doors locked. I immediately panicked & tried to get ahold of the owners on Facebook or any number I could find with no luck. there worker Kim said she couldn't help me, that she didn't have access to the severity system. I begged for her to get ahold of the owners just so I could get my clothes out and take them elsewhere to dry, she said there was nothing she could do. Now, not only am i out the gas & money and detergent I used, now my clothes will be mildewed & will need to be rewashed. I had to scrape change just to make this 1 load happen & now I have no idea what to do. I would never do someone this way.

It has tv's with programs for kids to help keep children occupied, outlets, functioning bathroom and vending machines with laundry supplies and drinks as well as a machine for you to get quarters for your cash. I like the dryers because you can choose how long to have them on by how many quarters you put in. They have machines big enough for bedding as well and carts for your convenience. There is a decent Italian restaurant next door and a grocery store so if you need to knock out some other errands or get a bite to eat while your laundry is going, you can. The only criticism I have is that I don't know if they have wifi. This could help attract students and others. Take care of our laundromat, and it'll take care of you!

There are multiple payment options: cash, credit, debit, Apple/Google pay, loyalty card, and app. There is a single unisex bathroom, vending machines, seating, a play space for children, free wifi, and ample folding tables. We were in and out in a about an hour. We were greeted by Isabella, the attendant, upon entering the facility. She gave us a run down of the various washing machines/settings and offered to assist us. Washing machines use ozone water helping to disinfect laundry and spin at such a high rate, many clothing items were almost dry at the end of the cycle. High heat on the dryers and bidirectional spin (spins right, pauses, spins left, pauses, spins right, etc.) had a load of towels dry in 18 minutes. Leonard, the owner, was on site during our visit. He too checked in with us to see if we needed anything and were enjoying (as much as anyone can doing laundry) our experience. The value in time saved and quality of experience is well worth it at Lola's.
