Do not take any car here,We went in with are brand new vehicle, came out with tons of problems !!! They even busted the window out and the repair was nowhere near the window. Then they replaced it with a cheap azz single pane window instead of the triple pane !!!!! read more

In the beginning, I was grateful to find a good mechanic. Kenny seems knowledgeable and one mechanic there even cleaned my broken lock so I didn't have to buy a new one. I went back for over a year and spent alot of money there, trying to keep my older vehicle in good shape. i took my car in this summer at the recommendation of another mechanic after a minor out of town mishap, running over a large rock. They put new axels on my car. I don't drive much, about 20 miles a week, and did not realize there was a problem with the new axels until a knocking sound started. I told the receptionist I recently had axels put in but this info did not get to the mechanics. I know this because they did about $500 of unrelated work to fix the knocking, which did not change. I took my car back that day and they could not figure out there was a problem with the axels they put in until I personally told the owner "you put axels in my car recently." At this point, he recognized the problem and replaced one axel very quickly. Unfortunately, the passenger axel was not inspected and my car broke down, gears grinded, and grease everywhere. The repair was $1500. I initially paid about $600 for the new bunk axels. Kenny was going to refund me for the part. But when I came back with my receipt, a different receptionist was bs ing me about how they would only charge me for labor. This, after I went somewhere else to get the axel fixed and literally brought the bunk axel into the shop. Obviously I had it fixed. I didn't drive there with no axel. I just wanted my $168 back for the bad part that caused much damage, jeopardized my safety, and cost me my savings. But, I did raise my voice finally and was informed "you are not going to get a refund acting like that." Of course not, what in the world was I thinking trying to get my money back for a defective part? read more

We have been customers of K & M auto for several years now. They take care of all our cars, no matter if it's a +10 year old +200 K miles van, or a brand new German car. They are reliable and friendly. Now, the office area looks a little bit grimy, however that doesn't affect the skill of the mechanics. If I could give it less stars, I would. This place charged me $1,400.00 for unneeded car repairs and not only did not fix the problem, when I got my car back they had not reinstalled the shroud for the inner wheel well, and the air conditioner and the power steering did not work anymore. They messed up my car worse than it was before I took it there. Then the owner tried to get me to pay $2,600.00 for more unneeded repairs that were not the problem. read more

They are rude and they couldn't even figure out what was wrong with my vehicle. Waste of time. I had to take my business elsewhere. They made a huge mess in my vehicle and the windows fell down as I was driving because they didn't put the door back together right. My brand new battery died a week later because they didn't put it in right, loose connection. read more
