If you need to just roll up and get something done they are very fast. Average time for me has taken maybe an hour to get a lot of things done. You can bring your own parts or have them order it. Lots of the times I will bring my own and just pay for labor. Up to you. This past time I got front brake pads and a caliper replaced. The mechanic took me back to the shop and showed me what the difficulty was so that I didn't think I was getting scammed. I appreciate that and they remember every time that I bring my car in there. When we dropped the car off we told them we would be paying and then the price tripled from the quote. To me, either they are in collusion with the insurance company or they practice bait and switch. The worst part is, they didn't align the new fender correctly as the gaps on both sides of the hood are off and it is raised and not level with the hood.
