I was scheduled for surgery and suddenly found myself without a car. Because the office is two…read morehours from me, it was not an easy trip to do without my own vehicle. I had several leads on cars and had to reschedule my surgery twice. All within 5 days to a week before my appointment date. The last time I had to reschedule, I explained the situation and that I was TRYING to get there and was sorry for the reschedules. The woman in the office told me that was fine, but instead of rescheduling again, to just call back when my car situation was resolved. I called today only to be told I canceled too many times and Dr. Ali told me to find a new surgeon. Even after explaining all of the situation and I was instructed by their office to reschedule when I could. I completely understand having rules and following them. But don't tell someone that they can expect to call back and reschedule and then pull the rug out from under them. So very upsetting!
