Keeping the same rating. Addressing 3 points made…read more 1) The last visit was essentially just to ask for money NOT discussed or finalized, so yes...I consider that nickel and diming. The number requested for payment was never mentioned prior to the particular work done. Plain and simple...however, we paid it. Because we are people that pay for work that was done, despite not knowing what the final payment out would be...and the prior already done was done well. 2) Yes, we mentioned that the whole house needed more work in general and thay we would deal with a mess or debris, but general logic, seeing that our son's nursery was already painted and finished and he was already using the room...one would think that it would be the right thing to do to clean up in that room. But I will take responsibility for this miscommunication because I made assumptions. 3) It's one thing to offer to do something...and it's another to actually fulfill and execute on an offer. Robert offered to fix the sheetrock but we were NEVER able to get him or his sheetrock out to fix it. It's after multiple weeks of trying to get him out that we finally decided that he was leaving us high and dry and paid someone else to do the fix. Multiple (3+weeks). The fix would have been a redo of misdone work originally and he was already paid in full...so I understand there is no urgency or incentive to come back out to do work on work that just needs to be redone. It's easy to respond 2+ yrs later to my original review to say that you OFFERED to come out, but we waited and waited, longer than the acceptable amount of time.
