There was a mix-up on my order, and when I went to ask about it I was intentionally ignored until every other customer was served; finally, I had a chance to ask and she immediately started screaming at me for proof. After showing my receipt she stormed off, and a young man took care of fixing my order. Later she walked by my table several times glaring at me. I told some of my German friends about this and they mentioned there are a lot of neo-nazi nationalists in the general area, so maybe that was it. On another note, all the fish sandwiches are served cold; this is typical for Germany, but is a fair warning for foreigners.
