He has helped my sister and me with many repairs and upgrades to our new condo. He's sealed a leaking skylight, diagnosing and then replaced a clogged drain pipe from the A/C unit, connected the dehumidifier into the same new drain line, replaced multiple light fixtures, replaced a toilet and made a minor repair to the dishwasher. He notices little things that I would have never noticed and likes to make sure that everything is in good working order, even if it's not something that he repairs. He made sure I was aware of some exterior issues so that I can let our HOA know about them. He's even helped one of my neighbors to get their truck started!
