My wife keeps these things in perfect shape, cosmetically speaking. So we asked them to take the utmost care with the washer. When it returned to us, it was banged up and scratched horribly. We were upset and eventually they decided to pick up the set and cut ties. We were left without a washer and dryer and thousands of dollars out of our pocket on the lease. Time passes by and we are sent an email from the new manager inviting us back. We explained our hesitance and the previous situation and were assured there would not be any repeats. We finally gave in and got the same washer and dryer set. Well, the time came when the dryer needed serviced. We begged them not to harm or damage the dryer but lo and behold it returned with the scratches on the top and side of the dryer. We called, emailed, everything. The ultimate result...... They cut ties and left us with the set with which the washer was also needing serviced now. Close to $6000 have gone into that place that we will never see back. We went home, did some measuring, and gave him detailed dimensions for the king size bed we wanted. They built it exactly to the specs we gave him and it is beautiful! Online payment was super easy. We live 2 hours away and Ritchie offered to arrange delivery, but we simply couldn't wait to have our 1 of a kind bed/work of art so we went to pick it up, and they arranged to have some guys there to help us load it. If you want a quality, custom piece of rustic furniture, this is your place! We will definitely be ordering some more stuff from them.
