Horrible service…read more The product is overpriced. The quality is mediocre. The customer service is not existence. The right hand is not seem to deal with the left hand is doing. They have been back to our place at least half a dozen times and still cannot get the job completed. Our closets were supposed to have been installed on November 27. We are now at the beginning of February and we are still missing shelves, drawers, and handles. The crew have come back repeatedly and each time they're missing something else. We are probably going to have to hire another company to complete the work because it looks like they will never get it done. Their latest excuse is that the handles are not available. I have not been able to get an explanation what the issue is with getting shelves and drawers. Buyer beware. I would never deal with this company again nor would I ever recommend them to anyone. After doing Research on Closets, Pricing, Instillation, and Local Businesses we decided to Call California Closets for an Complementary In-Home Consult to go over possibilities. The Consult was to Measure the Area then go from there as far as Designs. I told our Sales Associate what we needed and she went from there. It was an Easy and Simple Decisions for us once we were shown the options. We went with a Majority Hang Closet with Custom Cabinets in the Middle. Once Ordered I was told 30 Days from Instillation. After waiting over a Month I called to Check the Status of our Closet. I was Advised that they will be Calling in the Next Week or Two to Schedule. After Scheduling the Date and Arrival Time we were set. This was until the Arrival Time came and passed, after 2 Hours after Expected Arrival Time I called the Office to see when the Tech was Arriving. They had no idea that the Tech had not shown up nor where he was. Phone Call after Phone Call the Tech Arrived 4 Hours Late. The Job was Complete and we highly enjoy having a Master Bedroom Closet now after so many Months without. The Finished Product looks Great and we now have Plenty of Storage! The problem was the Customer Service and Follow-Up from this Office as none was giving during the Waiting Period nor Date of Install or anytime Afterwards.
