Voom provides such TLC during service. Something very important to me is that they use natural based products that I feel are safe for kids and pets. The little "extras" are also so appreciated, such as the folded toilet paper, slippers by the side of the bed. They truly go above and beyond to ensure their clients are happy. Thank you Voom!! Absolute waste of time. This is NOT how you run a business. Originally had an appointment booked…read morefor 11:30-12:00. Nobody showed up. Called to ask what was going on at around 1, they said they'll be here in 10 minutes. At 2:39, they called back and they said they had gone to the wrong house. (After we emailed them our full address) So we rescheduled for a week later, 9 am. Nobody shows up. We get a text at 9:19 saying the appointment will be at 11:30-12:00. With NO explanation, we asked why and they said one of the people were sick so they had to call in a back up. Okay fine, we'll take it. But again 12:00 comes along, and NOBODY COMES. Called them multiple times, and they said they can't reach the people coming. Finally at 1:30, we've had enough. We've rescheduled 3 times, and they were one and a half hours late. So we cancel the appointment. Tl;dr : DON'T BE LIKE US, FIND SOMEONE ELSE TO CLEAN YOUR HOUSE. THESE PEOPLE DON'T SHOW UP
