We found that their selections of board games, their game room, where you can play the games, actively and the staff were exceptional. They are very welcoming and know a lot about gaming. She has no skills in customer service what so ever! Looks like someone sh** in her Cheerios today! And she was gracious enough to share her salty attitude with me today. I called ahead because I got a confusing text that said a few of my meds had to be ordered. No big deal. I asked if my order was ready because I needed my meds for pneumonia. So I feel like im dying and I get the worst person on the planet to help me out. My luck. She was checking my insurance coverage and was getting upset because, well I'm not really sure if it was the line forming behind me or she is just naturally unpleasant but I couldn't hear her over the speaker. I told her by holding my hand up to my ear and signing it to her. She pointed to the phone with an angry voice and screamed into it. I said, first of all your attitude isn't needed. You are really being unacceptable right now. I told her I have pneumonia I don't feel good and my SO completed suicide a few months prior. I just want my meds and I'll pay cash if I have too. She hung the phone up! Then proceed to walk away! Wtf! Like how is she working with the public?! That is so unacceptable to me! I put my car in drive and went inside to talk to the actual pharmacist who was so lovely and caring. She appologized for her bad attitude which made me wonder if she has to put up with that every day. I really hope Brittany doesn't. She is wonderful. I sadly won't be returning to Kroger pharmacy after I get the rest of my meds. It was the worst experience I've ever had there. How could you have such an unsympathetic person in the pharmacy working with people who need kindness? I just wanted to share in hopes some one will see this and deal with it.
