Been here a dozen and a half times. Food/Drink: always greeted with a drink, water, soda, juice, beer. Barbers: I've probably had a cut from all of them, and the girls are all professional and great or what they do. Never really had a bad haircut. Prices: overall pretty common prices. I cut, wash, hot towel, scalp, massage, and a shave cost me about $35. Parking: small shared lot with three or four other retail establishments, but usually pretty open Bathrooms: Bathrooms were clean and small in size. Atmosphere: overall chill and quaint. Quiet usually, light music in the background, clean, not usually packed unless you go at the hotspot times. Staff/Attendants: like I said, before, the girls are really great, good conversationalist, not too gossipy, but definitely could hold your attention. Always nice and respectful. I like this place but there's always a long wait and now closing on Sundays doesn't help. Today, one cutter (medium length brown hair with lisp) had been with a client for more than an hour for a simple cut! Too much socializing and chatting. With only 2 cutters and 6 waiting, this should be addressed. The other cutter (blonde long hair) has done 4 cuts to her one cut. Really ridiculous! read more

Absolutely worst communication. Good service if you eventually get someone. Came in for a hair cut and employees leaving and have no clue when other employees are coming back from break. I came in for a haircut at 1130 employee's told me she should be back by 1-130 (HOPEFULLY). Come 2 o'clock she has us waiting outside with no clue when anyone is coming back. By 230 and waiting multiple hours longer than told no one is still coming. Absolutely not how you run a business!!! read more

I came here expecting it to be a great experience for my toddler. But it was not. And I never thought I would be one of those Moms to complain, but I showed the girl what we wanted and then as she started she asked how short to trim to the top and I said just a little more and then she goes okay we can't do too much or we won't be able to spike it how you want. Hence the picture.... so I have no idea what she thought she was doing but she just kept cutting and cutting. She might as well just have buzzed his entire head and told me no I'm not doing his hair the way you want I'm just going to give him a buzz cut. I am so upset. Bc his hair was so nice and long before I just wanted an inch taken off from the top and not his entire head to be a buzz cut. Highly don't recommend going here. Best place to get a haircut in the area Kassidy is my go too but 3 out of the four ladies have cut my hair before at some point. They will offer you a drink not sure of the options I usually carry my own water. The rinse is nice if your inn a hurry and it's free so why not but I usually pass on that. One thing to keep in mind is they usually have a wait so plan ahead and they aardvark now closed on Sunday. read more

Pleasant atmosphere and friendly service. Haircut was great which was awesome because it is hard to find a place that can do a military style fade. The price is higher than what I am use to but the service is more than just a haircut. It was kind of like a mens spa. You get a haircut, shampoo, and even a hot towel treatment. I have visited 6 times in the last year - but my most recent trip was the worst. Haircuts are average. The girls are friendly to some people. While you do get a scalp massage and a wash as part of your $16, I couldn't take anymore on my recent trip. One of the girls brought in her baby and another got another kid hyped up on candy so he was running around the shop. In my book, running kids, screaming babies, and sharp objects make for a bad combination. I don't recommend this place. read more

I have taken my sons here for years. Everytime I go it is at least an hour to get both of their haircuts and that is if there are no other customers. Usually they are friendly and accommodating to guests-offering beverages, etc. Today, I arrived and there were two people ahead of me already and two girls working. While they were friendly and offered drinks to customers between cuts, a haircut took 35-45 minutes for one person. They girls were having conversations while working-which is fine, however, one of the girls was not able to cut and talk at the same time, so she spent at least 10 minutes not cutting at all-extending the waiting time. I had planned on being there at least an hour, but when an hour passed and only two haircuts were given in that time frame, and there were still two people ahead of me, I walked out. I went up the road to fantastic cuts where a young girl gave my son just as good of a haircut in 15 minutes or less. I will never go back to giving up half a day for my boys haircuts. I hope they figure this out because tome is valuable and people don't have hours to waste sitting around for a haircut. read more

Exceptional service, fantastic setting with TVs and free drinks while you wait. The cut is good and it comes with a scalp massage and hot towel for the same price as other places --- $16 for military and law enforcement. The ladies are friendly and all of them have given an awesome haircut. Try the tea tree products or home made shaving soap, they are great. Highly recommended because of the value for the price, the atmosphere and the quality of the experience. read more
