My weekend trip to Vegas with JusCollege was THE BEST EVER!! Before going on the trip, all information regarding check-in, itinerary, travel help, and more guidance was sent which was super helpful to refer to before going. Check-in was super smooth and easy, and once they give you your wristbands, you are set. The wristbands gave us access to some of the top dayclubs and nightclubs in Vegas every single day (sometimes even 2+ options in one day) and they included open bar with some of the top artists around the world. Everything was already planned out so we didn't have to plan a thing, but we also didn't have to stick to the itinerary if we wanted to do our own thing, which was nice. We stayed at The Strat, which was a convenient and solid hotel option. If an issue ever came up, I was able to reach someone from JusCollege right away. They were super responsive and immediately made sure everything was handled so my trip stayed on track. That kind of support made me feel taken care of the whole time. On top of that, I felt safe the entire trip being surrounded by so many other college students who were all there for the same experience. The vibes were UNMATCHED. SO much fun, so much energy, and nonstop memories. If you're considering going, DO IT. I couldn't recommend it more. JusCollege makes the entire process stress-free and fun, and you'll come back with one of the most unforgettable weekends of your college years!! read more

These people are a scam use another college booking company. I booked a trip to through them and had a genuinely frustrating experience trying to resolve an issue with my reservation. Communication was slow and inconsistent throughout, I would go days without a response from support despite following up multiple times. When I needed to transfer my spot to another traveler, the process was far more difficult than it should have been, I ended up doing most of the legwork myself to find a replacement and get the necessary information together, with minimal help from their team. Not to mention, each response clearly seems like it was written by a bot or AI. In the end, despite my attempts to resolve things directly with them, JusCollege refused to issue a refund or properly process the transfer. If you're considering booking with them, know that if anything goes wrong on your end, don't expect much support getting it fixed. Their team is horrible at repsonding or even at the least being accomodating. read more

ABSOLUTE SCAM COMPANY that completely robbed us of our money without letting us know. We had a roommate group of 3 people, and one person's payment didn't continue because her bank froze the transactions due to fraud suspicion. As a result, she got completely removed as an occupant without being refunded and we also did not get informed of this removed. She emphasize that she remained committed to the trip and wanted to continue the payments but the company refused to allow her to continue with her payments and instead rebook at double the price despite having already made many payments for her initial booking, which she was not willing to do. As a result, our entire roommate group got scammed out of our money because we needed to either pay on the roommates behalf or drop out and lose out on our entire booking. DO NOT TRUST, THEYRE SYSTEM IS AWFUL AND THEY DO NOT HELP YOU. read more

Morons, cancelled our trip in Puerto Vallarta and made it right by switching it to Punta Cana. We spent hours getting refunds on those flights and transferring them. They cancelled Punta Cana days before the trip and said the refund will take 45 days. Ruined everyones trip by promising to put us in Punta Cana read more

I would give multiple negative starts if possible. My son paid $800 for his portion of a room with 5 people for a fraternity-sponsored Senior weekend trip in Vegas. He didn't purchase the insurance because he was 100 percent committed to going. His friend group ultimately squeezed him out of the room and he was left scrambling to find another group of guys with an open bed. He found a group of girls that needed a 5th person , but the company wouldn't let him be added to a female room. He found two other situations where all five spots in the room had already been paid for but in each room, someone could no longer go (including his original group) so a bed was available. He contacted the company and asked that they use his money (the $800 they already have) for an $800 spot in one of those rooms which now had a bed vacant. They told him that because he didn't find a room on-time (he found these vacancies almost three weeks prior to the trip), they had reserved a single room for him and if he wanted to go on the trip, in addition to the $800 he had already paid, he would need to pay an additional $1,700. The would not authorize what they call a "room swap" (allowing him to have one of the vacant beds), would not refund his money, and would not transfer the $800 he already paid to an upcoming 2026 Spring Break trip. INSANELY SHADY! My son works while attending college. $800 to him is an enormous amount of money. This company should be completely ashamed of themselves. PREDATORY BEHAVIOR! If you would like to call me to discuss this, you can reach me at 973-968-6554. read more

I would put 0 stars if I could travel company puts profits over everything and will over book every venue. You are better off booking by your self and paying for each venue. This company sucks. read more

my son just left a trip in Cabo organized by JusCollege as he was drugged and robbed at one of the bars they organized for his group. They are unreachable by phone, they swear that there is a representative at the hotel who is available to the students in the case of an emergency, but no one can find that person, they refuse to call me back. another student was abducted by four police officers who put him in a police car at gun point and took him to an ATM, made him withdrawal $500 and then took him back to the resort. the local police do not speak English and would not help and neither did the hotel. do not, under any circumstances allow your child to go on a trip organized by this company. read more

I did not have a good experience. The lines to get into the events were so long and there were only two bartenders so you'd never receive your free drinks. Such a waste of money! read more

I only picked one star because there is not a zero star option. We booked and paid for my daughter's spring break trip to Cabo. They then switched the hotel she was in, announcing it as an "upgrade" that was a special thing for her and her friends. However, then they charged my credit card (without my permission) for the difference in cost between the two places. So it wasn't an upgrade, it was something I was required to pay for. We chose the cheaper hotel because it was what we could afford. But they apparently use "bait and switch" tactics to make more money of you. It would have been cheaper to book my daughter's hotel myself. Buyer beware!! read more

These guys are total crooks. They prey on college kids that don't know any better. My son purchased the vacation package + additional $99 for insurance that provides the right to cancel. Something came up and he needed to cancel. He then started the multiple month process by gathering and providing all documentation that requested and still have not provided the refund. Warn your college age friends and family to never use JucCollge !!!! read more

Very disappointed in Jus College customer service. Son went to Punta Cana for SB'25 with a group of 5. One room had 3 and his room had 2 people, therefore they were charged a $250 pp charge b/c they didn't meet full occupancy of 3 per room. However when they arrived they were placed in an accommodation for only 2. Asked for a refund for being charged for accommodations for 3. Got a big run-around and then completely stopped responding. This charge is ridiculous and should have been reversed. Traveler beware... shady booking practices!!! read more

Horrible predatory business practices getting 18 year olds to commit for the low price of $10 deposit without the ability to cancel. They never would send me a copy of the contract she signed, even though I asked several times. Customer service is non existent. Like another reviewer mentioned, we were stonewalled by their anonymous customer support at every turn. There is no phone number to call, no escalation path. Would give zero stars if I could. read more

Just got back from the Vegas 2025 Senior Trip and I am going to highly and loudly discourage others to pay upwards of $2000 for this trip to any of their locations. My friends and I are all college seniors who worked very hard last spring to pay for this trip through the payment plan. Us alongside hundreds of other Alabama students were extremely underwhelmed by our experience. The week before the trip we received emails about extra charges we were not aware of and that we would have to pay club promoters in order to even get inside the clubs that JusCollege had "reserved" for us. We were told by JusCollege and the student reps they had that yes there were going to be a lot of other schools there, but in order to crowd control, we would all have varying schedules and events. That was simply not true. Every day and every event there were probably a thousand seniors from schools all over all squished together in a frankly inhumane way in order to get into the clubs. even if you arrived three hours early, the crowds and line management was absurd and the Zouk Nightclub staff were unprofessional. Please do not let you students book this trip and if you are a student. save yourself and your friends thousands of dollars and book your own independent senior trip. read more

Do NOT use this company. All the positive reviews on other sites are from the people that run the trips and make money. They offer you one thing and then charge more. This company doesn't even have a phone number to contact for customer support - a telltale sign of their terrible business practices. read more

Be very very careful about booking with this company. They are a SCAM! We had a party of 4, they made us pay for the trip, then came back saying all they had left was a 6 person suite. Then they said we had to pay $750 each extra since we would have 4 in a 6 person room. They did not even offer the option if we still wanted to move forward given that information. Then when we asked to cancel for a refund they refused. $1700! Be careful! Do not book with this company! Ever! There are other reputable companies and/or just book the travel though another carrier like AAA or Apple Vacations. ThisSCAM! read more

Horrible, does not deserve one star. When you book, they say it includes transportation from the airport to the resort to only be charged later. They royally messed up a friend of my daughter's reservation. Reserved her at a different resort in a different company, yet all her documentation says she is at the same resort as my daughter. Their response was "that sucks" they do not answer their phone yes I managed to get a number and do not respond to text. They say to email and then to wait 72 hours for a response this is unacceptable read more

Since I was forced to give it a star to post a review, I gave it a 1. If there was an option for negative stars I would have given them many. In all my years of travel and booking trips, this is by far the most unscrupulous company I have ever encountered. We tried to transfer a trip within their published transfer window and were stonewalled by their anonymous customer support at every turn. There is no phone number to call, no escalation path. They don't honor their own clearly outlined policies. They prey on young impressionable college students which should be illegal. How they are still in business and nobody has shut them down is baffling. I encourage anyone who has done business with them to contact the Better Business Bureau, the university you or your loved one attends and report them immediately. read more

JusCollege is a scam. Changed contract after my daughter signed it and now telling her she needs to pay more and get a 6 person room instead of the original 4 person room. #juscollegeisascam read more

Absolutely horrible company. Would never book again or recommend anyone to book with them. After, promising and paying for a 4 person room, at an already inflated price, the 4 person rooms "sold out" and they tried to force us into taking a 6 person and charge us each $750 extra for the unfilled room spots. They refused to let us cancel and are trying to tie us down to a ridiculous policy. Their whole business is trying to scam college students. read more

My son booked a spring break trip for May 2020 and in March 2020 it was cancelled due to covid by juscollege and the particular trip to Rosarito Is no loner offers. We did not hear anything for 9 months and despite our requests, juscollege has refused to refund our money back to us. Beware of this company! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! On Nov 6, 2023 my daughter used my credit card to put a down payment on a trip. THEY CHARGED THE ENTIRE AMOUNT! $1150! I emailed them the next day and they REFUSED to credit my card the the $900 they owed me. We had no intention of paying for the entire amount at time of booking as we were just planning on putting a deposit. They answered my email and said too bad as we selected to pay full amount...THIS IS NOT TRUE and the same thing happened to my daughters friend. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. BUYER BEWARE. This review is regarding the Spring Break Cabo trip scheduled for 3-13-20 This is the only travel company I am aware of that is pointing at their stated refund policy and telling us "that's the way it is" While every school is recommending that students NOT travel out of the US during spring break, Juscollege is trying to tell us how few cases of the Corona virus there are at this time in Mexico. There is a worldwide Pandemic and yesterday the United States declared a National Emergency. This was not enough for Juscollege to cancel the trip. They won't take phone calls and emails are not answered. The responsible move was to postpone the trip and help insure the safety of our kids, instead it is clear that it's all about money. I am willing to bet this will be the end of Juscollege. read more

Does not deserve even one star. Horrible customer support and no response in regards to the Coronavirus pandemic. It has been declared a national emergency and all beaches are being shut down/downsized. It is only a matter of time until domestic travel might be banned too. They only sent out an automated response and have zero fucks about their customers. Look at social media accounts. They are a shell of a company. No credibility and especially after this do NOT book your trips with these guys or subsidiaries such as SWAT events or Pollen events. Horrible group of companies. I am filing a class action lawsuit and have complained to the BBB. Very unprofessional and uninformed. STAY AWAY and book through Expedia or someone else reputable. Update: There have been talks about domestic travel bans but this bullshit company does not think there is anything going on. Brain dead people are running this. read more

Didn't even get to book with them they were so rude. Response times were ridiculously long and all the responses were very aggressive. Going into my trip to Cabo my group was stressed about what would happen due to past reviews. I can wholeheartedly say they delivered on everything they said they would. Only thing that could be better is the price, though you 100 percent get what you paid for! read more

I have had a really bad experience with their customer service management. I realize their account services management is probably to blame; not the customer service representatives that have been very timely in answering my questions. In short, I signed up for a trip to go to Vegas for fall break 2020; I ended up needing to cancel but a few friends had been able to transfer their trip credit to someone else who was still going. I asked if i would be able to do that and the account services representative had already deleted ALL my account information so there is no record of my trip, record locator or that I had even been signed up in the first place so no credit transfer is possible at this point. I hope that JusCollege learns from my poor experience and loss of money and fixes this problem for other people. At a time like this when no one is able to travel, I believe it is imperative for companies to be ready to handle cancellations and refunds and this has been an extremely bad experience for me and I will not be using JusCollege again for any trip. I strongly discourage anyone from using them unless you are 150% sure you will go, because a trip credit transfer or refund is extremely unlikely. read more

This company took my normal stress and anxiety that I have with travel and threw it out the window. I can't believe how easy and affordable they have been able to make these trips. They are not flexible with refunds on trips with this Corona virus deal. My niece is asthmatic; which puts her at a more vulnerable state. Their response is saying that their vacation spots are safe. So, I guess Coronavirus is spread proof there, because they say so. I'm concerned she also won't be able to get back to U.S. I understand the policy on a general aspect and totally understand. However, events All over the country/world are being cancelled left and right. The NBA just cancelled their season for now. There's travel bans everywhere and because and I quote from a response email " Everything has been paid for and all the preparations have been made at this stage." That is more important then the health of our children. Airlines and hotels whom are losing millions by the minute are more flexible then they are. I understand everyone has their own level of concern on this, and many people that this is highly exaggerated. But, it's not something I really feel like taking a chance on with my asthmatic niece. Considering you don't know symptoms til around 9 days after and this is a respiratory threatening disease. Bad business Here's an update on an article that just got posted on 4/2 in regards to Spring Breakers from UT. The same college that my niece attends. Guess they're locations are not as safe as they thought. Here's the link to article https://edition.cnn.com/travel/article/austin-spring-breakers-coronavirus-trnd/index.html read more

I encourage anyone who is considering travel with JusCollege to STRONGLY RECONSIDER. After the recent Coronavirus pandemic, I decided to make the difficult decision to cancel my trip to Cabo with JusCollege. JusCollege sent an email to Cabo clients saying that since Mexico has less cases of Coronavirus than the US and because there are no present travel warnings, that they are not cancelling the trip. While I can understand the company's need to be profitable, they are blatantly taking advantage of vulnerable college students who would rather risk traveling than forfeit their hard-earned (and limited) funds. Friends of mine who booked accommodations independently of JusCollege but at the same hotel received a FULL refund, yet JusCollege could not even offer a partial one to me. JusCollege says in their email that there are less cases of coronavirus in Mexico than in the US, but it is obvious that they are not taking into account the risk associated with avian travel or potential travel restrictions that could arise at any moment. Moreover, college students are coming from all over the country, including places where there have been confirmed cases of the Coronavirus, and the close proximity of so many students puts them at greater insecurity. Simply pointing to the fact that there are less cases in Mexico than the US just shows to me how little the company has fully considered the real and growing risk. My university sent out an email advising against international travel for spring break due to the Novel Coronavirus outbreak, warning that students who travel internationally and who show signs of illness upon return must be quarantined. As a student, I simply cannot risk being quarantined and missing classes. Colleges throughout the country are sending out similar warnings. Despite the fact that JusCollege's client base is college students, they clearly have a flagrant disregard for the policies enacted by their clients' universities. I spoke to a JusCollege representative on the phone today who was completely unsympathetic and rude, further confirming JusCollege's corporate insensitivity and poor business ethics. Are these the people that you want to travel with in a foreign country? God forbid something happened to you abroad, would JusCollege even care? JusCollege is essentially asking their clients, the majority of which are college students of limited means, to risk their health and go against the numerous warnings from the US government, academic institutions, and concerned family members to attend their trip. JusCollege's thirst for profit over the wellbeing of their clients is transparent and deplorable. read more
