Of course they magically had an opening to do the prep that same visit, but not for a cleaning. $$$ for the work vs $ for the cleaning. They act like they are doing you a favor. On top of that they do ridiculous tests and x-rays that are not covered by insurance. For my child's visit: $115 for fluoride $46 for oral hygiene instructions $129 for a saliva sample (wtf?) $400 x-rays that are not covered And for the wisdom teeth to come out even though there are no roots and they are not affecting her teeth. BUT I ASKED ABOUT THE CROWN, NOT SOME RANDOM FEE. She kept refusing to give me an estimate but kept trying to sell me a "promo" to get scans first, among other things. RED FLAG!!! Also, when providing them clearly via email the new insurance cards we were told that we are in network with the exact same coverage. Yet, we were billed for over $500 after the cleaning and exam. They are not owning their own mistakes no matter how much you talk to them. We called and checked after emailing the new cards and were assured that we are all set. They can reply all they want to this review, they were wrong, and they are wrongfully billing customers for extra financial gains.
