Beginning with my phone call which was answered promptly and with great courtesy("What can I do for you?"), Dave was AWESOME from start to finish. When I inquired about payment method options the answer was, "Whatever works best for you, we can probably do it." The price I was quoted was a "flat rate" which I like and there were no surprises on that matter. In this day and age when there is a combination of personal contact and the use of technology, often it seems glitches arise during the process. This was definitely NOT the case using JunkMD! All pre arrival notifications culminating with Dave's arrival at my location and the removal of some furniture was flawless. Found these guys through a LivingSocial deal and took a chance. I had a lot of old patio furniture and a dilapidated propane gas grill that needed to go. These guys worked around my schedule and found a time that worked for me. In fact, they were able to show up the very next day! The JunkMD truck showed up the next morning along with Rich, aka Muscles, aka The Hulk, aka The Beast, aka Lean Mean Grill Tossing Machine. The JunkMD truck doesn't have one of those built in elevators, but that was no problem for Rich. He single-handedly tossed the grill into the truck without breaking a sweat. The house where they picked up has a very steep driveway and yet still they managed to take away a half truckload.
