Just a few days ago I contacted this company for junk removal. Within three days they were here doing the job. I couldn't be more pleased. They not only met my expectations but exceeded them. I liked this company above all others because they actually try to repurpose, recycle & reuse as much of the 'junk' as possible. That's why they're "America's Greenest" junk removal service. They called 15 minutes before their arrival. Three very nice, friendly guys (one was the owner, Joseph) showed up in their red shirts with their big red truck. They got rid of some very big & heavy objects plus all of the little junkie things, too. My hubby & I tend to keep every box that something arrives in & other boxes in general. I was thrilled that they did the work of breaking them down & stuffing them in our recycle bin. What a great company! I used them in Ohio and now in Florida! They arrived when they said they would be there. The kept me informed as they were on the way! Daniel and Mark are the best employees ever! They explained to me what they would try to reuse and what they can recycle. I got an estimate from these guys which was way over priced - then we agreed on something more realistic and the young punk that comes to do the job the next day has the audacity to mouth off to me at 19 years of age thinking he's been doing this business his entire life the way he talked to me only he hasn't and to complain about a job that your boss agreed to a price on is insanity. How dare him complain and mouth off to me the way he did. I will never give these guys my business again and by the way I had another local company match their quote so I'll just depend on them for my removal needs rather than a 19 year old punk who has zero experience in the work world. These guys were at my home with only a day's notice. I had a small collection of four corrugated steel storm panels... and they drove off with them in less than 10 minutes after arrival. I had been re-organizing the stuff in my garage and needed to get rid of a lot of heavy steel unused storm shutters that were replaced by newer types, as well as a lot of miscellaneous stuff taking up room. I called several junk haulers that had a two tier removal process where they would first send an estimator to provide a quote, followed by a removal crew within some non specified time period. I liked the Junk King approach of providing an estimate with the option of instant removal. They arrived the next morning on time, provided a good value estimate, and took the junk all,within an hour.
