Finding a DJ for a wedding isn't the easiest thing to do, especially with a destination wedding so…read moreto say we got lucky with Sean from Chango Events would be an understatement. Sean came highly recommended from a Lake Tahoe photographer we interviewed and we couldn't have been happier. Our wedding presented a lot of challenges because I surprised my wife with her favorite band that I flew in from NYC. Sean not only helped to keep it a secret, but he met with my wife and her parents when they were up in Tahoe doing our site visit and he was on numerous phone calls and countless emails making sure everything was going to come together for us. Sean is one of the most well known DJ's for the local resorts and he has every piece of equipment under the sun. For a wedding that needs a great DJ, Sean is a perfect fit. But a wedding that needs a DJ and sound man, he is the only option you should consider. Sean and his crew set up two locations (ceremony audio and reception) and everything worked out perfectly. Sean helped to facilitate one of the best nights of our lives and certainly one of the best parties we have ever been to. Thanks Sean!

I can say without any doubt in my mind, he is the best! I have been to many weddings, some as his assistant, some as a guest where they had a different DJ, and some as a guest where Phil is the DJ. Phil will always get the crowd dancing and ensure they have fun! I have been to weddings of friends and no one dances. It is the saddest thing. I have yet to see that at one of Phil's weddings. I am so excited to say that we booked Phil & Mary for our special day! Our original day was September of 2020, but due to COVID we're pushing it back to May 2021. Phil & Mary were very flexible with our reschedule and I honestly don't know how they have any availability. With this kind of talent, they should be booked every day of the year. You will not regret booking Phil Birdsell Entertainment!
