I arrived, filled out all the paperwork and THEN they told me they would not give me the vaccine because it was too close to my departure date. When I made the appointment they had asked me what my departure date was and they still made the appointment. I am staying out of country for a month so the vaccine would help prevent me for 3/4 of my trip. They rather have me completely unprotected because of "procedure". Don't bother getting your travel vaccines from them. Either go to Phoenix or Costco Travel Services.
