Of course this requires giving them my name, phone number, email, home address, AND my credit card! I headed that way and was texted that they were canceling my appointment. They suggested an appointment 6 hours later. I asked about all of the other time slots. They said no. At this price point, I'd expect more. Now they have a ton of personal information in what felt like little more than data phishing.
