WORST rental experience EVER!!!!! Beware of this very unprofessional and rude company. We…read morescheduled our rental through their web site and read that deliver times may vary, little did we know that this meant you were expected to be home the entire day!!!!! We scheduled our rental for 4pm since our event was at 6pm, they called the day before and told us they would deliver at 9am. We explained that would not work since my husband's military retirement was scheduled for 10:30am on Fort Rucker. He said it had to be 9am or nothing, my husband told him if they were on time that would be okay, someone would stay behind a little extra to wait and show them where to drive and where to set it up. At 9:45am there was no delivery and no phone call. I contact them and they said well we are running a little behind. I asked if they could set it up without someone there, I explained where to set it up as best as I could and they said they would make it work. We had lawn games in our yard so no one would try to drive/park over our septic tank. They moved games so they could drive across it. 3 days later when they came to pick up their equipment we were home waiting, had no clue when they would be here to pick it up. They entered our property without even stopping to let us know they were here and drove right across our septic tank a second time. I was very angry and spoke with the crew, they said to call the owner and talk to him. I did as they advised, explaining how I was super upset that they ran over our septic. The owner told me that if someone was here they would have known where to drive. I explained that we had someone home at the scheduled time of the delivery and they waited over 45 minutes for them. He informed me that I was pissing him off and that if we had a septic issue to let him know otherwise to lose his number. There was no apology about them driving where ever they wanted, no apology for them being an hour late delivering, no apology for not stopping when they were picking up the equipment to even let us know they were here. This is not how you run a business, everyone has a cell phone they could have called if they had questions.
