This was like a dream come true getting to go to the Six Flags in Mexico City. As for many of us,…read moreSix Flags was a childhood staple of mine. I grew up going to Six Flags great adventure almost every summer.
This location did not let down at all. This was my sixth Six Flags and it was wonderful. The rides were exhilarating. I was lucky enough to go during off-season; it was not packed at all on a Tuesday in November. But even still, around 2 PM, the lines did start to get longer with up to a 50 minute wait on the popular ones. Highly recommended to go early as always.
They had interesting choices for snacks for purchase. I got the taro ice cream and it was so delicious, definitely something unique. Also tried the churros which were pretty good for an amusement park. I would definitely recommend saving the snacks for towards the end of the day though , don't want to get sick!
I'd say if you have about 4 to 5 days in Mexico City, it is definitely worth using one of those days to visit the park. And if you come during the off-season, you can finish the Park in half a day (maybe around 4:30 PM) and still get to do other things. I'm so happy I got to knock this place off my list.
