Being suspicious that I had not heard from the company the day of the event at all I started trying to call and when I finally got to talk to a person it was apparently her first week and she wasn't sure so she had to call me back a few times. Long story short they had nothing booked for me and said "Oh but we are sorry." That does not help. When you are expecting 75 to 100 guest what are you going to do microwave them popcorn????? I would hate for this to have been something bigger or more important. They will never get my business or a referral from me.

My tables and chairs were not delivered as promised, which was two days before the event and the company was completely unreachable no calls returned, no emergency contact, and no response on social media. With no updates and my event at risk, I was forced to hire another company and pay in full. South Party Rental finally showed up at noon on the day of the event, which was two days after the scheduled delivery and after I had already secured replacements. This is a clear breach of contract and highly unprofessional. I do not recommend this company. I am currently waiting for a refund!
