    Dear Supercuts Management Team,…read more I've been a loyal customer of your establishment for nearly 20 years. Over the years, I've had many favorite stylists and have always appreciated the warm, professional service I've received. Since the recent move, I've enjoyed my visits even more -- the staff are friendly, engaging, and create a welcoming environment that feels like a relaxing getaway. My hairstylist, Raegan, does an exceptional job. I see her two to three times a week, and she's become like a little sister to me. The rest of the team -- including Lindsey, Tyler, Tasha, and Oceania -- are all wonderful as well. I've never once felt uncomfortable visiting, until my most recent experience on Wednesday. On that day, Raegan was unavailable, so Lindsey took care of my appointment. While I was there, a man entered the salon carrying posters, which made me assume he might be a manager or part of corporate. As Lindsey and I talked, I noticed him standing near the entrance, staring in my direction. At first, I ignored it, but he continued to look my way for an extended period. He then approached Lindsey to make small talk but continued to stand behind me, watching closely. Although he complimented my hair and attempted to engage in conversation, his behavior made me increasingly uncomfortable. Despite my body language suggesting unease, he remained nearby for about ten minutes until I finished. When I left, he told me goodbye and continued to watch as I exited. While I understand that friendly interaction is part of good customer service, prolonged staring and ignoring social cues can make customers feel uneasy. I wanted to bring this to your attention in hopes that it can be addressed appropriately, as I would hate for anyone else to feel the same discomfort. Thank you for taking the time to read my feedback. I truly value this salon and its staff and look forward to continuing my visits under the same welcoming and professional environment I've always known.

    Now in their new location on Brandywine, Ego's continues to be my "go to" spot when my locks need a…read morelittle TLC. Jamie and Courtney are my go to gals and both have me walking out looking like a million bucks no matter how bad I look when I walk in. The new salon, while smaller that the former location, is nice, clean and easy to get to. The staff is all the same friendly group that was at the Wannamaker location. And the prices are still as reasonable as they were before. In addition to hair, you can have facial waxing, shellac for your nails and pedis as well. It pretty much is my one stop shop for my beauty "tune up". If you know me, you know I don't trust my hair to just anyone. The folks at Ego's have earned my trust and my business. Thanks Ego's!

I've had long blonde hair that he transformed from a run of the mill bleach blonde dye job (from another salon) to gorgeous, shiny-like the sun color and cut. He's also transformed this shiny blonde to a very warm, rich brunette. It was a huge transformation and his color expertise created a beautiful 180 change. Both color-jobs were fan-freakin-tastical! Amy at Egos was kind enough to fit me in for a last minute trip home to bring the brunette back to blonde...it is summer after all :) She did such a wonderful job that I was stopped in my tracks, asked where I got my hair done and complimented on my "new-do" from here to the sun! Mark and Amy at Egos are truly gifted hair dressers. They listen to what you want, and give their expertise feedback. I have NEVER been disappointed with a color or cut...and I am very picky. Topeka is so lucky to have you guys and I feel that I have been spoiled having such a wonderful salon and absolutely fantastic hairdressers in my own backyard for so many years! Work schedule will dictate that I'll need to find someone to see here in StL, but I'll be trying my hardest to get an appointment at Egos when I visit home!
