It takes me so much time and effort to convince my father to see a dr. This lady single handedly…read moreset me back 10 years of progress because she wanted lunch. My dad was hospitalized with the pneumonia last year in the ICU. Fast forward till yesterday. My father hasn't eaten since Thursday of last week. He can't breathe. He's done nothing but lay on the couch because he's scared to get up and not be able to breathe. He has oxygen for he's running out. I finally convince him to see the dr. We normally see a much better dr at the practice but she was busy and he needed to be seen. So we accepted this lady. Appointment was at 11. We didn't even get called back until 12. Fine, things run behind. But... the lady ran a flu test. Listened to his lungs for 2 seconds. Told him he didn't have the flu. No blood tests, no nothing else. My dad explained his anxiety about not being able to breathe and explained the hospital had given him meds last year to help him relax when he can't breathe. He brought that up top this lady and she acted like he was a drug addict. When the flu test came back negative she was just gonna let him go home. He explained again how bad he felt. She kept trying to rush him out and gave him a $143 prescription for TamiFLU when she said he didn't have the flu. My father doesn't have insurance. It was obvious she just wanted to get to lunch. Now its going to be super hard to get him top go anywhere else. He still hasn't eaten and still can't breathe. I hope her lunch was good. If something happens to my father. Let's just say its not going to be let go.

I've been going to milestone for over 30 years. Always respectful and efficient. Dr Leland is…read morefantastic! I have several chronic conditions and he has always been able to help even if he has to send me to another doctor for treatment. He knows my husband and children on sight. Once I had a ruptured disc and in extreme pain. He sent me straight to have a MRI. Then straight to see a surgeon (there's usually a long time period to receive an appointment). He (his nurse sandra who has become a true friend usually calls) always calls to follow up on my progress. After my heart attack they called the same day I came home. I never notified them. I honestly believe that Milestone is the best in the Upstate. You won't be disappointed.A++++++++++ Tammy D

Office manager and staff have not one shred of empathy for people who have been through losses…read more They are condescending, and have refused me healthcare multiple times today, and are beyond unprofessional when it comes to medical notes. They didn't explain to me at all why my request was continuously denied, these are women btw, you would think they would have a bit more of an understanding when it comes to pregnancy losses, and pregnant women with autoimmune diseases. Anyways, they lost three patients today. This is honestly the very first issue I have had over here so it's really disappointing. I have no issues with the doctors I have seen, ( Dr Pollard and Dr Jones-Moon, who actually did tell me two different things in the situation) but their female nurses and office manager both have awful bedside manner considering their professions. I and my mother spoke to these women today, and they are super caddy and unprofessional. All I needed today was reassurance and an explanation, and for some reason these two things are not within their capabilities as healthcare professionals.
