The presentation of the coffee I had was really instagram-worthy, the barista had put some coffee milk art on it which was a nice extra. The coffee itself tasted amazing, I like the 'quarterback' and would recommend it. Every coffee comes with an American cookie which itself is pretty big for a free cookie. The people there are very friendly and their whole brand is very well thought out: from the names of their drinks to the presentation. One of my favourite places!

But since it was opened for business, I thought I'd try a coffee. Actually got a caramel macchiato. Nice and very sweet. Why did I put sugar in the thing anyway with all that caramel sauce on top?!?! But it was nice. Tasty. A decent sized cup. Although it was a nice day and there were people sat outside, I stayed indoors. There was a nice feel about the place. I sat on one of the stools and logged onto the internet with their free wifi. The place is small (although not sure if there was another room as well since I didn't check it out back to where the bathrooms were.). The drink was reasonably priced and being a comfortable place, I shall return.

This place was an unexpected highlight!!…read more The pancakes was the star of the show - the chef in the kitchen is doing a good work, we even spotted the two workers in front chowing down on their shared plate of the pancakes - they were soft and really good. Chill atmosphere with people working at their tables with lit flowers in the ceiling, they have a really beautiful spot for being a cafe. I was pleasantly surprised. The lady spoke excellent English and was very kind. What more can you ask for!?

The ingredients were fresh, the eatery is small which can be exceptionally nice on a Sunday afternoon. I hadn't tried bagels before, but I was pleasantly surprised. I had the Nina without the avocado. I liked that, it shows that there was no problem to accommodate my tastes. It's something different than what we normally have for lunch/brunch and everything in between. They have bagels of the month on their board, that might help you with your choice. The staff was friendly and kind. I finished off with a carrot cake, oh my oh my! Tasty, not heavy on the sugar: it's served with a syrup that fits it perfectly. Overall I had a good experience and I recommend it!
