The smoothies and protein shakes are posted on a colorful menu behind the bar on the wall. The beverage cooler behind the wall is well stocked with many electrolyte juices and bottled protein drinks. The glass cabinets carry workout essentials like gloves, ear buds, and other necessities you need for a workout if you happen to lose or wear yours out and need it immediately. There are also a variety of protein bars from some of the more popular companies. Overall this is a cool little place with a few high top tables and bar chairs out of the way of the exercise area.
