There were over a dozen flavors to choose from, and the wall of fame was impressive. We split the juanabana and the zapote. They are made from fruit, water and sugar syrup, but they add the sugar as you order so the sweetness can be customized. We asked for very little sugar, and these were the best that I have ever had. The juanabana is a prickly fruit with white tender meat inside that is tropical tasting with a hint of banana. It is naturally sweet and very refreshing. The zapote is a green skinned fruit with black "meat." The drink is topped with chopped pecans. It is hard to describe the flavor - perhaps it is like the fruit version of cocoa. Richly flavored and not that sweet but still very light. This was my personal favorite. WORTH THE TRIP FROM LOS ANGELES!!!!
