I've gotten a couple of London Fogs here and they're pretty on the mark. So many places make them way too sweet. The building faces east and there's some nice big windows at the front so you can enjoy your morning brew sitting in the sunshine and reading something from their sizable magazine rack. They do have some food options including sandwiches and baked goods which are pre-assembles and individually wrapped. The service has been friendly and served with a smile on both occasions I've popped in for a pick-me-up while out on a job site.

They spoke a language foreign to me. Two were stocking or preparing something. The third finally came onto the scene and completed my order while continuing to complain to or about them or to upbraid them perhaps. The whole thing was off-putting. I went on March 15th, 2015 to pick up a quick snack after hot yoga at about 3:30. I ordered the PB & chocolate as I was feeling like spoiling myself. However, I'm allergic to dairy. I asked the cashier to please keep the yogurt out and just add a scoop of Vega protein powder. I've had this done many places before and never had a problem. The woman told me the smoothies were pre packaged so my special smoothie could not be made. I told her politely that I had ordered this smoothie several time before from this location and others. She rolled her eyes and took the order. I thanked her. As she pulled out the blender her coworker asked her a question (I couldn't tell what it was because it was in another language - but I guessed it was about my order due to the pleasant eye roll earlier) the cashier then answered and I caught the word "yogurt", the coworker then rolled her eyes and shook her head. This really pissed me off. I'm sorry I have a dairy allergy and requested politely for a smoothie on your menu that can easily be adjusted. There 5 are ingredients in this smoothie; peanut butter, ice, chocolate almond milk and bananas (+ my vega powder). This doesn't seem like it would be a big deal to make. After whipping up the smoothie I thanked her again for being so accommodating (regardless of her obvious eye rolls and displeasure) but didn't get a smile or "you're welcome" in return. She just turned around and headed to the back room. Normally I would let this go but this is not this first time this has happened. I won't be returning to this Jugo Juice. I'd rather make my own crappy smoothie at home or drive to Sundance where they have no problem making adjustments to smoothies and are always very friendly.
