After months of waiting she told me I would not get that money because I had filled out the checks wrong..when I presented her with proof the mistake was by her she, I have not heard back from her...My advice to her would be to slow down and make sure your CUSTOMER is aware and understands their returns, not be in a big rush to get to the next or more important client...my advise to you would be to use another service.

She has been fantastic for me and my family. There are not enough good words to represent how she has my issues taken care of and such a quick manner. Her staff is fantastic. She was incredibly rude and made sure that I knew that my business wasn't important to her.
