Would not help answer any questions in layman's terms that way we could understand why we owed so much money back. She would not help us find out what more we could use as deductions. If you are looking for a accountant Cpa, run as far as you can. She will not want to give you back your papers without charging you $500 so that you can go somewhere else and have it done properly. This place is a complete joke. If you have had your taxes done here before I highly recommend going and getting a second opinion. It was a very pleasant and non-pressured and informative meeting where my plan was reviewed and easily updated. The relevant documents were recorded by Nathan. I was pleasantly surprised at the very reasonable cost of everything. In words of my Massachusetts upbringing, it was a "wicked awesome" meeting. After our meeting, I referred a friend and she also was very happy with these ease of document review and her estate plan update. Not being from Massachusetts, she just said it was great. Ken T.
