Her knowledge of the local market helped guide us in the direction of properly and effectively listing, preparing and showing our house. After sorting through 31 offers above the asking price, Susan helped us choose the right buyer for our situation. Susan's experience positioned her to provide meaningful insight and suggestions during the process. She is direct in her assessments of situations while maintaining flexibility when considering our opinions and expectations. While working with Susan, she was always available by phone, text, email and in person to brainstorm ideas and answer questions. Communications were timely and effective. Susan's partner John is the analyst and techie on the team. He was very effective in explaining market data and helping us understand how our property was positioned in the market. He developed a nice, effective listing tool (the Tree) that helps keep all the relevant information connected and in one place for easy access. John is also the, get everything else done guy. Any loose end that needed to be tied up, John was on it immediately. Once we sold our house, we immediately enlisted Susan to help us buy our new house. We were looking to buy outside of Susan's typical territory. This was not a deterrent for her. She made several trips with us during the week and on weekends to view properties. Applying the skills and capabilities described above, she helped us close on our new house. If you are looking for a Real Estate agent who is both professional and personable, that can get you the best result, and who can and will guide you through the process start to finish, you should choose Susan.

Tricia is the best and most helpful realtor we've ever met!…read more We live in California and needed a local realtor we could rely on to navigate through many challenges in getting our elderly parents home on the market and sold in Livingston. To call Tricia a realtor is an understatement. She's a masterful concierge that guides you through the home selling (or buying) process making smart suggestions, letting you make the informed decisions, all the while negotiating tough as nails on your behalf. We needed to make numerous alterations and fixes to the house prior to listing. Tricia went above and beyond in suggesting many low cost improvements, coordinating with our inspectors / contractors, and keeping a watchful eye on the house, chasing down at least one inspector and making sure the contractors stayed on schedule. She even did some of the upgrades herself! Tricia pays attention to every little detail, consistently communicates via text, email, and/or phone and was rapidly responsive to our questions even late at night when we expected her response to come back the next morning. We truly treasure the experience with Tricia and our parents are immensely grateful that their home was sold with such ease. Her local knowledge is second to none and we were in constant communication throughout. We moved from Hoboken so getting out to see houses was difficult at times, so Karen would walk through the houses for us and take in depth videos to share with us with very useful commentary! She's very thoughtful and caring while also being a tough negotiator for us, a necessity in such a cutthroat buyer's market. We're so grateful to have had Karen on our team, and I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy in the Long Hill area.

Short version: Karen Gill is THE resourceful and skilled agent that any homebuyer in NJ should have…read moreon their team. Call or email her when you're ready, she's ready to support your needs, no exaggeration. Long version: Intro: My husband and I were ready to be first time homebuyers in late 2020. This happened to be in the middle of the craziest market in recent homebuying years. When we started the process by interviewing local realtors in area, we were in between Karen and another agent. Karen stood out from the beginning when she prepared stats to show us about the local area. Even though we had not signed on yet, her work made us feel that she would go above and beyond for us. Offers: Once we started placing offers on homes, Karen made herself available for thorough comp analysis, and all questions we had during. What is most notable about Karen in this regard, is that regardless of how crazy the market seemed to be, Karen always made sure that we never placed offers unless we were absolutely comfortable with the terms. She kept asking us to ignore the noise of the market, and make offers that we can live without buyer's remorse. This truly made us feel that she was always looking out for our own needs. Under Contract: We actually landed under contract with a different home prior to closing on our eventual home. That first home had many high dollar value repairs that we did not anticipate upon offer. We initially mentally blamed ourselves, thinking that perhaps we had unrealistic ideals on costs for a home. Karen gave her honest opinion on our stresses, but firm that every decision was always up to us. We ended up walking away from that first home, but luckily landed ourselves our eventual home thereafter! Overall: The home we closed on was miraculously such a smooth process, but that did not stop our anxieties along the way. Karen was there for ALL of it. Overall, we are so glad AND LUCKY to have had Karen in our corner. Homebuying is such a personal experience, and you need someone who is not only in tune about navigating this competitive market (low inventory, high buyer demand), but also reminding you to keep your eye on your needs throughout it all. Meet Karen Gill, and you will see she is all this, and more! :)
