So that's what I did. Couldn't be happier. So my new review is although you may have a doctor that is good, it's important to have nurses that truly share your vision and care about your patients as much as you . This happened 3 years ago but I wanted to update my last experience and rate it here. Now I understand the low reviews Pryor to mine .

So we have been going here for the last several months with our toddlers…read more We have had a great experience - the wait time is not that long and we are usually seen very close to our appointment time. My only complaint that made this a 4 star instead of a 5 star review is that they do not always explain thier diagnosis of what may be happening with your child. In June we visited them because my daughter had this persistent hacking cough. She was not slowed down by it - it was more audibly disturbing then anything. They gave us cough medicine and sent us on our way with a follow up. The cough did not stop and in fact became more frequent. During pm hours when the office is not open i took my child to kids prompt care. She was given a breathing treatment machine, antibiotics and ordered to follow up with our Pediatrician in 10 days if the cough didn't stop. Prompt care stated they were trying to avoid my daughter developing pneumonia. In 10 days the cough had stopped but literally 24 hours before the 10 day follow up period she had a bad coughing fit so i took her in the next day (day 10) to NA Pediatrics. The doctor gave us instructions to make her breathing treatments more often and then taper off and see him again in 7 days, no diagnosis - no fretting just straight directions. When we came back in the 7 days the little nurse after listening to my daughter's breathing said - Well it looks like the Pneumonia cleared up. UM EXCUSE ME?! So i looked like a dumb parent asking - So she had Pneumonia? The doctor had not told us when we came back to him after the Kids Prompt Care visit that my daughter's coughing had indeed turned into Pneumonia. This is something that should have been stated and im glad we followed the doctor's orders or it could have been much worse.
