After trying on different charms and chains I decided on one and paid for it. I put on the necklace before leaving the shop but discovered that the chain was too long and asked if I could exchange it for a shorter one. The sales assistant said that it was not possible and I should have thought of this before I made my purchase. I've never heard of such a stupid, rigid policy. The whole experience was very disappointing. Bad customer service, unfriendly staff (who were constantly watching me and made me feel like a thief). Not recommended.
