Not only did they take three days to complete the repair but they did it incorrectly. Now the jacket is not only unwearable but must be replaced. When I pointed out the problem before accepting the garment, the only thing they offered to do was rip the seam back out. When I asked about a refund they said absolutely not. Now we have paid for repairs to a garment that is ruined and has to be replaced. This was our first and last visit to Comet Cleaners.
