Wow! Juan was the first one I went to and he is defiantly gifted. I don't know why he doesn't have many reviews! He's very kind and I can sense he's very genuine. His prices are so low compared to many other psychics locally. He gets into detail with your energy, personality, current troubles, future, pretty much anything and everything you have questions about. He also does readings from names or photographs of people for free! I actually saw another psychic after him (got a little addicted lol) and she said pretty much the same thing as him - it was crazy. And these are details of who I am and my life just everything that you can't just assume looking at me or talking to me.. it's just freaky cause it's so accurate. Will be awaiting for the future to see how that plays out but for the past and current situations/personality is 1000% spot on. Juan is amazing and very comforting, I suggest those on a budget to come see him first before anyone else as he's genuine, accurate, and very affordable! Thanks Juan read more

Juan did a reading for me in June 2025. He clearly stated that I had 3 specific things that were going to happen before the end of 2025. Not one of them happened!!! I have contacted Juan several times for clarity on this and perhaps and up-date from him, the does not respond?! I find this a strange and unsatisfactory way to treat people who have paid him a lot of money. I am still open to hear back from Juan but I am not holding my breath. I would caution everyone before you chose to have a reading with Juan and to look for another Psychic!!! read more

Juan has a wonderful personality that makes it easy to connect with him. He keeps sessions flowing smoothly, so there are no awkward moments, even if someone feels unsure about what to do or ask. I appreciate that Juan offers honest life advice along with spiritual guidance. This is especially helpful for those new to spirituality or not very spiritual at all. read more

I met Juan tonight with my mother. She was going through a hard time, and having walked past his sign and been drawn to it several times we decided to give him a try. We did not share any information about her trouble, or even that she had any, but he accurately described everything that had happened to her recently and gave incredible insight into her character as well. It was really as if he knew her. He's also a very genuine, kind and well intentioned man. He did not try to upsell us in any way and seemed more concerned with providing spiritual guidance than the financial part read more

He was amazing and such a friendly person to talk with. He didn't even ask any details about my birthday. He even told me when and around what age I will be married. He told me stuff that has already happened without even asking me for any simple details. He did a reading based on my energy aura and looked at my hand. I will be going to him for readings often now ! One of the best in Vancouver ! I'm so amazed and shocked at how he is so gifted. Definitely recommend anyone to him that are interested in knowing their upcoming future or past lives to understand themselves and their karma in this life . sincerely ~AngelT! read more

Juan has amazing gifts. He was able to pin pint everything going on in my life. Going in I had a weight on my shoulders and leaving I felt like a brand new person. Thank you Juan and I'll be seeing you again. read more

Honestly I feel bad because he is a nice guy I guess. He was just really bad kind of unprofessional. He didnt really any insight into anything he looked at a few pictures and made pretty basic comments but didnt really have to much to say. Also I could hardly understand him and the session was only 15min and $30. If this is his profession and he is available whenever you call him he obvioiusly isnt booked ever for a reason. I called around to other phyics and they have wait lists for weeks sometimes.Keep your money. read more

I am also an intuitive reader in Victoria and can never find anyone accurate. Juan nailed everything from a photo. I was absolutely flabbergasted. I also think he is truly a genuinely good human being- a wonderful, evolved soul. He is kind, caring, and helpful. I can't recommend him highly enough. I think he's the best person I've ever met. Te' amo Juan!!! read more

I saw Juan's advertisement on Davie street yesterday, it says, one questions for free. I went up to his office on the 3rd floor, Juan was a very warm and welcoming host. There are cystals and nice burning sage scent in his workspace. I felt instant comfort around him. Without me telling him anything, he picked up a number of things which are specific and accurate about me. He told me there was an opportunity for me to relocate recently, but I gave up the opportunity and chose to stay in Vancouver ( I was in a long distant relationship and thinking of moving there but I broke up with that guy recently), and he said I have exams coming up soon and I will do well (final exams are scheduled in a month) and he said I recently ended a relationship which wasn't good for me anyway. He also picked up a few things about my characteristics and explained to me the truth behind my recent breakup. Everything he said about my ex and the relationship was accurate and detailed. I was very shocked by the accuracy and depth he portrayed in the reading. He also told me about his journey of becoming an energy reader, he saw aura and the number of spirit guides I have. The reading was in depth and insightful. I have never been so looking forward to the future. He said I will meet a new person who is a much better fit for me and also ready for commitment in July. Also, I will be traveling a lot from this year. I will give 6 months for his prediction to come along. Nevertheless, he is a genuine guide who carries kind and good energy. It was a blessing to know about Juan. read more

He is truly amazing. I work as a psychiatrist in Vancouver West End, and many of my patients have been helped by him. He is a true intuitive, and well trained in a variety of holistic healing modalities. He knows how to make clients feel instantly at ease, and he is outstanding at alleviating worry and anxiety. He has first hand experience in how to ease depression and anxiety without pills. His ability to give energy healings as well as readings is outstanding. Highly recommend ! read more

He's very talented and a calming energy to be around. I went to see him and he picked up right away on my chakra energies, and even 're-aligned' my energy. I had never done anything like this before, but I'm not kidding, I went in to the appointment with shoulder pain thinking I had slept funny, and immediately after the 'realignment', the pain went away. He also made a prediction about my immediate future (travel plans with my partner) before February. We had no trips planned, and the stubborn part of me thought to purposefully not make any plans so I don't consciously make the prediction true, and then literally a trip "fell into my lap", someone else unrelated to us even made the booking for us. I would definitely recommend him! read more

My friend and I came to Vancouver for the weekend and thought why not go see a psychic, as we had some questions we were looking to be answered. I read the reviews for Juan before booking an appointment but found mixed reviews. After an hour long reading ($100) we were satisfied that Juan does have a gift. I would say that about 75% of what he said was accurate and the remainder just seemed off and not so relevant as it was about people in our lives and their personality trails and characteristics. He did of course mention certain things that haven't happened yet so who knows. If given the option I would visit him again if in Vancouver. He is a very nice genuine guy with I believe good intentions read more
