As for customer relations, when my grandson sustained a scarring scalp injury in a car accident, Mac was right there to cut around the stitches. Only go to this barbershop if you are worthy of that kind of character. And another thought - Mac is a worthy role model for your kids, and his shop is very family friendly. I like being able to make an appointment and not having to wait. They take appointments right up to 4:45 PM and after 5:00 it is walk-in service, first come, first served. I have used 2 or 3 different stylists and all have done a fine job. I now have my favorite and set up my appointments with them. Pricing is reasonable. Service is fast. The place is clean. I have never had a bad hair-cut here. This is my go-to place now.
