Our policy was slated for cancellation unbeknownst to us. We went for about 6 weeks without coverage. State Farm raised our Premuims to almost $11,000. per year. We were paying about $2300. We are a middle class family trying to make ends meet. When I called to ask Len to help us with this and questioned why we didn't receive a call from his office as to a problem his response to me was "We don't make phone calls!" I asked him to help me out with State Farm and he refused. I asked then who at State Farm I could speak to to help me out he replied, "There is no one to speak to". I then asked him to send me my recent records on my account and he said he had no records. Its completely unconscionable to me that someone can collect commissions from you for 25 years and then when you need assistance make such a crass statement as "We don't make phone calls."
