Staff are friendly and helpful and unlike staff in some of the bigger chains, you get the impression that they work there because they genuinely love animals and know and understand their care. Due to this if I was looking for advice which did not require a vet then this would be my first port of call. They stock food, leads, cages, snacks and the usual goods. If you want visit then there is a large car park at the back of the opposite row of shops which is rarely full.

Animals all look ill with the chinchillas they had constantly sneezing, budgies in very dirty cages, dead fish in the tanks. empty shelves. They sell small animals such as hamsters, gold fish and rabbits etc as well as pet food, cages, dog leads, treats, toys etc. - All very competatively priced. They sell almost everything you would ever need for your pet so i hardly ever need to go to the larger stores such as Pets at home or Tesco. They also deliver to your home which is good if you need to pick up a large item or a lot of pet food.

Easy to access , it is situated near to the Parkway shopping centre.. The shops later hours allow for working people to manage pet supplies out of working hours. There are regular stocks of rabbits and guinea pigs which are well kept in an airy compound. Many hamsters and rats are also available for selcetion.
