They failed the job from day one, and I had to chase them down multiple times just to get them to do what they were supposed to do in the first place. And now, not long after the job was finally finished, my garage floor is already having issues. They have no experience doing metallic floors whatsoever when clients complain they subcontract other more knowledgeable companies to come in and clean up their mess. It's pathetic. I've been trying to get in touch with Al and Tammy for weeks regarding the warranty, but they've been ignoring my calls and messages. We were without garage for more than a month and they claim to do it in one day! Is this what passes for a professional business these days? It seems like anyone can slap a logo on a van and call themselves experts, even if they clearly have no idea how to do quality work or treat a customer with basic respect. Save yourself the headache--avoid this company at all costs.

I have 2 recommendations regarding flooring:…read more 1) Don't get travertine tile. Although this natural stone flooring is beautiful, it is porous and tends to get lots of small holes. It is difficult to maintain. 2) If you have travertine tile, then hire Jose from Marble & Tile Restorations Inc to clean, polish and maintain your floors. Jose and his helper did a fantastic job on our floors. He is very professional, courteous, and thorough. He cares about the quality of his work and makes sure the customer is completely happy with the results. We've hired 3 different companies over the years to clean and polish our floors, and Jose is by far the best. He took the time to fill in all the holes that I identified (& some that I didn't!), then cleaned and polished the floors using high quality products. He even gave me some filler compound and showed me how to use it (while deploying the "tricks of the trade") so I could continue fill the inevitable holes as they developed over time. Jose also refinished the grout in our bathrooms with a stain-proof sealer and they now look like new. The cost of the project was very competitive, especially given the amount of time and effort that Jose and his helper put into it. He also polished our granite countertops at no extra cost. Jose stands by his work. He offered to come back to polish a few replacement tiles we need to install because the holes have made the existing tiles unrepairable. Now that's service!
