Three years back I was feed up with H & R block . All their nonsense and they just overcharged their clients and were rude when you questioned it . Didn't matter that I was a customer for 20 plus years or not . So I went on the hunt to find another tax professional . I stumbled across Johns ad on Craigslist . All I can say is THANKS John!!! for your help settling my 2011 back taxes that I have been trying to resolve myself for more than a year. I have been going to John's office for a couple of years now and had an issue with my 2011 return (before I started coming to John) regarding back taxes I owed. I paid the said back taxes but the IRS insisted I have not done so even after providing complete documentation. I communicated with one of their OH office that were asking for the payment for more than a year taking a lot of time and effort trying to explain that the amount have been paid but to no avail. My former accountant was getting greedy with upping his fee every year, and it was a hike to get there, to boot. I was really concerned about filing my taxes because I didn't think I find someone who would understand my situation. It was the day before the filing date and I really needed to find someone.
