Goodrich Glass was the only company that would help me out in a pinch by providing emergency…read moreservice on a holiday weekend. They did not even charge me an extra emergency fee. My call was handled immediately outside of business hours, and Jamie, the owner, arrived on time the following day. He fixed my broken window efficiently and with great skill. Within minutes, my window was as good as new. Do yourself a favor and choose Goodrich Glass over the Glass Doctor. The Glass Doctor had no empathy over my emergency. They promised to call me in the morning to see if they could squeeze me in during the weekend. Eventually, they ended up calling me in the afternoon and then quoted me a price that was twice as much as Goodrich Glass after having tacked on extra charges for weekend servicing. There was no regard for my original message that I had needed the work done as soon as possible to get out of town. Goodrich Glass ended up finishing the job effortlessly even before the Glass Doctor could get around to calling me with their ridiculous quote. Choose Goodrich. You would be giving your business to very good people.

Originally I intended to have replacement windows installed, and am very glad I kept the existing windows and made the glass repair. A fraction of the cost of having new windows installed. Atlantic Window & Screen Repair's prices were much better than the 2 other companies I had contacted for estimates. Dan is not only skilled in his work, but was patient in explaining things to me - I appreciated that! As I need two more pairs of balancers for some other windows, I will be using Dan's services again. I highly recommend you consider Atlantic Window & Screen Repair for any glass or screen repairs, and I rate this company: A+ JamesW
