Okay, first, I will say I only ate here once. Had the goza appetizer and the ramen, both were great. The Roman flavor was not perfect, but it was very, very close to good ramen. They are putting a lot of effort into making it right. They need a little more kick, and it will be on par with some of the best ramen I have had in the USA. Unsure whether it is the miso or another ingredient, but I am sure they will progress based on the attention to detail. Nice to see a craftsperson take pride in learning such a complex dish!!! Really great option for dine in or carry out in Soldotna. My 5 and 7yo kids are pretty picky but love the kids ramen and gyoza. I've had each ramen now and enjoy them all. My favorite is the tonkatsu. They have very nice carry-out containers for the ramen that keeps everything fresh. read more
