I found JP Lawn Service on the Nextdoor app. Messaged & received a response within the hour. They came by the same day and completely transformed the backyard and front of the house. It looks so much better without that dead tree, massive weed trees and stomped bushes I tell you. It only took them an hour to do everything and my only complaint is that I didn't take before and after photos. I have used Juan and his company for almost two years. He gave me a good price for regular maintenance and did a pretty good job. They leave the bags of debris in the yard instead of taking it with them after each service, but I let that go since the price was good. However, it was time for my next service but the wind was crazy and who wants to pay for maintenance and leaf blowing when it'll be back to what it was with all the wind? I asked to reschedule, and they said their schedule was full and I could cancel service if I wanted to. So I asked if I can cancel this upcoming service and see them back next service. "If you cancel, it is final!! Unless paying double next service is fine with you." This was his response. Um.. when I first using your company two years ago, there was no indication that I was "under a contract" where I could not reschedule or cancel services as needed. And before this, I had absolutely no cancellations or reschedules other then themselves forgetting to come (and yes, they did forget to come for a service!!) so did they have to be this stubborn about it? Not sure if that was worth losing a customer of two years for. I immediately cancelled service with them and will be looking for a better company or person. I do not recommend this company at all because of their terrible communication and customer service. read more

i give them a 0!!!! i fired them a year ago!!! they destroyed just about every sprinkler i had and left them broken. they did a poor job periodt!! they do my neighbors front. i noticed she won't let them in the back. all they have to do in her front yard is pick weeds and get up debris. all they do is blow the debris in the streets and neighbors yard.!! today i let them know i was videotaping them blow the debris in my driveway and he had the nerve to tell me it was the wind, and ok. they are the absolute worst!!! poor poor business procedures no business ethics at all. they have no intentions of getting up trash and debris because they never pull out a broom!!! they just blow everything in the street and neighbors yard and keep going. they stay about 10 minutes. obviously another 5 min. to clean up their mess is out of the question read more

this company is a joke. they came and trimmed my neighbors palm tree and threw almost all of the garbage into my yard, damaged my tree and clogged my fountain with debris. they said they would have someone come over and clean it after and they left all everthing except the branches. all the little pieces of stump and tree pulp are still in my yard on my pebble stone for me to deal with. not to mention there are still pieces on the tree that they obviously missed halfway down. these people are not professionals read more
