After being unsuccessful with repair, he removed the good blinds and took them, with the one that didn't work, to the shop. Three weeks later we had not heard from anyone about the blinds. We made several calls only to be told they would call back with a response. Never happened! I had to call back and tell them to return blinds. I found the blinds on my porch, with a nasty note from the owner. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I was also surprised that unlike another company that came out to my apartment for a consultation, their rep never asked me in advance to give them a sense of what I was looking for color/style-wise. When they showed up to my home and we began talking about colors and styles, I was surprised that they did not seem prepared to show me examples of styles. So they had to go on the internet and do a 'search' to look for potential valance styles for example, to show me. In the end, the price they quoted to me was double what two other companies (Smith and Noble, and Horizon Window Treatments) quoted. So I didn't end up using Day Light...

We had a bunch of jewelry stolen when they were working there and they literally were the only ones…read morewith keys to the condo and there were no signs of a break in. So we strongly suspect that their workers took the items....the brother of the owner was one of the workers. The owner refuses to take any responsibility for the stolen items or the poor work. We were not even living in the place. We had a small pile of items but they stole a Louis Vuitton purse, and an entire jewelry box of jewelry including an Hermès pink bracelet and a necklace I bought my wife in paris. There were no signs that anyone broke in...so you can imagine how unhappy we were to find these items stolen. So I would not recommend them. And we would not only not use them again, but I am letting anyone I know what my experience was with them They didn't put the blinds and hardware back up, they lost/broke a small set of blinds and didn't replace them. They also painted over fire sprinklers and got paint all over the flooring in the condo and they painted over the hardware for the blinds. So I had to buy all new hardware for the blinds. So we are reaching out to anyone that we can in both Sarasota and Sebring to let them know to not use this company So not only did we have valuable items stolen but the work was extremely poor quality. The cost of painting was 2900 The cost of the items stolen was well over 20,000 Never mind the terrible quality of work
