Experienced, detail oriented Contractor…read more.. Rick Worley Home Improvement, LLC was initially hired to re-shingle our roof, replace the wooden fascia and gutters on our home. He was meticulous and did a wonderful job on the roof. The gutters were sub contracted out and they did a great job as well. Because of the quality of his work on the roof we then hired him to put up vinyl siding and 5 replacement windows. Again he did a great job. He is experienced and knows what he is doing, and is particularly attentive to details. We often talked to each other about how impressive his work ethic is and how detail oriented he is. He cleaned up after himself everyday before he quit for the day....and when the job was finished he cleaned up so well that you would barely know a contractor had been in. Because of changes we made to the contract and the fact that he worked alone the job took longer than we had anticipated. However, the quality of the finished job more that makes up for the extra time. His prices on both contracted jobs were fair and in line with other estimates we had received. He was honest, fair and more than qualified. Do not hesitate to consider Rick Worley for your contract work. I'm pretty sure you will not be disappointed.

But after she wrote the check for over $3000, only to have the sidewalk split, did they begin giving her the runaround. We have texts and messages since May promising to come "next week." Never showed- 4 months later, despite continued messaging. Note: They also left their materials scattered around her house, and never came back to fill in the dirt, as promised. I decided to hire him to install my kitchen for my full home remodel. I have zero regrets choosing him for the job. He did an excellent job and he did it right. Sean's work is top notch at a fair price. Sean knows what he is doing without question. He's honest and has a great deal of pride in his work.... and it shows. When he was done for the day he made sure he, and his assistant Zack, cleaned up before they left for the day. I've had several contractors in my house since this project started. I was then asked to come into the office/showroom. I told them I wasn't going to waste my time if the price was too much. I was then given a broad price range and told I'd have a more detailed and exact price the next day after it was completed. I never received that price and that was over a week ago. If they're not very reliable during the estimate and trying to earn your business phase, they most likely won't be during the actual remodel.

We have no hvac getting to the upstairs bedroom the hvac was never completed the contractor they used never responded to them and we have no air getting upstairs after the incomplete remodel. My cabinets are not aligned and failing they will not return to complete the job and or warrant the work. The cabinets had a warranty and no one returns my calls or emails. All i want is the what i paid for is quality of workmanship work completed as promised and a warranty being upheld. The century 21 cabinets are not working properly and will continue to get worse if not addressed as the job was incomplete. They left and never returned. They sub out the hvac and that became my problem due to three holidays in between our remodel. Days off , terrible weather and lack of finding good workers and availability of them. Unforseen issues that came about during the remodel that i was told was difficult to find good help from the owner and to be patient. As i was. I could question nothing. Then i got told otherwise due to time passed that was out of my control due to communication and knowledge issues with their workers that was not my issue as well that i am paying for now with the incomplete remodel which is not alot to ask. My cabinets need adjustments. Before they fail totally. The cabinet company doesn't respond neither it all goes thru them. There is no airflow since the remodel in the ducts they moved. Which again became an issue that now is my problem as i paid them in full and they never returned. This is heartbreaking and stressful. My ac bill is super high and inaccurate as they fail to return. They fail to follow thru with any warranty. They failed to complete the work and fix what they did that is failing and or improperly incomplete.

They had our keys for a year and never came back. The cut in the vanity for plumbing is shockingly bad. The drain is grouted in and when we needed to clear the drain tonight, I cant remove it to check for hair in the drains. Grout is already cracking, tile edges were never finished properly. I am having work done at my house now with another company and it is unbelievable the difference.
