When I walked in I was greeted by two ladies who showed me what they offered. Before I walked to the back, one of the ladies stated that I had to pay before getting the massage. I didn't think anything of it, I just paid them. *Skip to after my massage as I was walking out, a gentleman who was not African American, like me walked in and they greeted him like they greeted me. However, they did not make him pay for his massage before hand like they made me do..... Red flag #1 *Back to the massage appointment.... During the massage, the lady did a decent job. HOWEVER, I noticed she kept looking behind me on the floor and on the side of the chair where I was sitting, like she was looking for something, red flag #2. I tried to relax but I really couldn't, something seemed off. Well, when I got up from the massage, I finally saw what she kept looking at. It was a HUGE RAT about the size of a baby opossum. I jumped and immediately put on my shoes and walked up front. Y'all she tried to play it off as if the rat was not there. I was absolutely disgusted and I will never go back to this place again. **** I took a quick photo of the rodent, but I will only post it if they try to deny the rat problem. Kay structures the class so you do not feel overwhelmed by all the material and is very supportive. The treatment on my feet made me feel VERY relaxed. This is a very underappreciated aspect since many foot foot fashions don't always have the power behind the name. Most of them are in the narrow corridor between the lobby and private rooms. The sofa chairs are comfy and they do a good job of maintaining tranquility so that music isn't too overwhelming or conversations aren't too audible. The offer back walking and deep tissue massages for the back in private rooms. I believe there are also couples options, but I tend to come here for foot more so than back. The ladder has been also quite good, as the men and women who work here are strong. Most the time English is a challenge, but Chinese should be no issue. I like the kneading of the muscles and joints ...it relieves the tension to that area but, again this was just literally a massage like my BF would give me with a few extra jabs thrown in.
