However, I felt so safe in the hands (pardon the lame pun) of my masseuse Tanya that I was able to deal with any discomfort or pain. This is one of those rare places where they really know what they're doing and actually work to reach the root of your problem. I was also given some really great advice on how to alleviate the pain. While at $107 for an hour it isn't cheap, it's well worth paying for. As well as the clinic, Natural Health and Wellness has a yoga and pilates studio.

Yes, the 25 dollar unlimited week is a deal in itself but I'm trying to maneuver a way to pay the difference in fees and extend it for the next 29 days (7 days at $25 or 30 days at $77) The class I took tonight was only forty five minutes long with five people including Sacha, our fabulous guide into the art of flow. She was a great instructor and I'd definitely suggest this dynamic class to any keen yogi's out there. The online sign up system makes organizing your schedule and signing up for classes quick and easy. So.... If your a spiritual gangster, like a clean and welcoming studio conveniently located smack in the middle of the city, make your way here!!!!
