This store needs more recognition for sure but at the same time it's my little secret whenever I'm in town. The proceeds go to hospice care so you definitely will feel good anytime you make a purchase. Plus, the ladies that work there are all so friendly and helpful- but not over the top. They let you browse in peace and are always glad to answer questions and help out when necessary.
It definitely requires patience and a willingness to dig through things because the store always has a lot of stuff, but it's usually always worth it. I've found great vintage dresses, beautiful African artwork, books, records, pottery and glassware, a gorgeous mid century gold floor lamp for $5, and more.
If you're in the area I highly recommend stopping in. read more
